Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that BMB Investment Company (Jersey) Limited, a limited company registered in Jersey (the “Transferor”) has transferred its entire limited partner interest in in CCP VII LP No.1.1, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP008194 (the “Partnership”) to BMB Investment Company (Jersey) Limited, an exempted company registered in the Cayman Islands (the “Transferee”). Consequently, the Transferee has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
