Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 10 August 2016, BMW (UK) Trustees Limited, Trustee of the BMW (UK) Operations Pension Scheme, G.E.C.I.F. Trustees Limited, as Trustee of the G.E. UK Pension Common Investment Fund, Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield and London Borough of Newham Superannuation Fund each transferred their entire interest as limited partners in Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 1 L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012074, in each case to Stichting Depositary APG Infrastructure Pool 2016, acting in its capacity as depositary of APG Infrastructure Pool 2016, which is an existing limited partner in the Partnership.
