A meeting of creditors of the Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of considering the appointment of a Creditors’ Committee and authorising the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration and the approval of his policy regarding the recharge of disbursements.
