A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a member of the Company.

A Proxy form for use at the meeting must be lodged, together with proof of debt, at the offices of Frost Group Limited, Airport House, Purley Way, Croydon, CR0 0XZ no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the date of the meeting.
