Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 June 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11 July 2016, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Olivia May Abigail Hurst who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Olivia May Harse and assumed the name of Olivia May Abigail Hurst.
