Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 July 2016 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Clifton, of Empirical Insolvency LLP, PO Box 16114, Solihull, B93 3GS, (IP No. 8766) be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the 21 July 2016 the appointment of Alan Clifton as Liquidator was confirmed.
