Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Core GP I LP, (the “Transferor”) transferred its entire interest as general partner of Core Capital I LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP14503, to Core GP II LLP.

Core GP II LLP has been appointed the general partner of Core Capital I LP, in place of the Transferor and the Transferor has ceased to be the general partner of Core Capital I LP.
