Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Crescent International Holdings Limited has transferred its entire interest in CAP III AIV (Scot), L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL008212 (the “Partnership”) to Sounio LLC. As a result of the transfer, Crescent International Holdings Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Sounio LLC has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
