Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Partners Group Private Markets Credit Strategies S.A. acting in respect of its Compartment comPlan Private Debt has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Access 789 L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL20002 (the “Partnership”) to UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG acting in respect of EAF comPlan II – Private Debt.

As a result Partners Group Private Markets Credit Strategies S.A. acting in respect of its Compartment comPlan Private Debt has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG acting in respect of EAF comPlan II – Private Debt has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
