Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that (i) on 1 July 2016, the Orpheus Trust transferred to the Pleiades Trust, 12.5% of its interest held by it in Patron Capital, LP. III (the “Partnership”‘), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP11860; and (ii) on 1 July 2016, the Pleiades Trust increased its interest in the Partnership by the amount transferred to it pursuant to (i) above; and (iii) on 1 July 2016 the Orpheus Trust continued to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
