Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Partners Group Generations Access B, L.P. has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Fersen Access II, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6833 (the “Partnership”) to Partners Group Generations (EUR) IC Limited. Partners Group Generations Access B, L.P. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Partners Group Generations (EUR) IC Limited has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
