The following Ordinary Resolution was also duly passed by the meeting:-

“That Simon Blakey and Martin Daley of Robson Laidler Accountants Limited, Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ, be, and are hereby, appointed joint liquidators of the company for the purpose of the winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally”.
