Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (the “Act”):

with effect from 3 July 2016 Coach International Holdings S.à r.l , US Branch transferred its interest in Coach Holdings Partnership (UK) LP (the “Partnership”), being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016460, to Coach International Holdings S.à r.l . In consequence of the foregoing, Coach International Holdings S.à r.l , US Branch has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Coach International Holdings S.à r.l has become a limited partner of the Partnership; and with effect from 3  July 2016 Coach International Holdings S.à r.l , transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to SW Luxembourg Holdings S.à r.l. In consequence of the foregoing, SW Luxembourg Holdings S.à r.l. has become a limited partner of the Partnership.
