Notice is hereby given that the Joint Supervisors intend to declare a first and final dividend, to unsecured creditors. The Joint Supervisors also give notice that they intend to make a final distribution to creditors who have submitted claims by the last date for proving, otherwise a distribution will be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proven.
