Notice is hereby given prusuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that we, Stephen Paul Grant and Anthony Malcolm Cork, the joint liquidators of the above named company, intend to pay a dividend to creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified in this notice.
