Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 17 June 2016, Omer Sabanci transferred the whole of his interest in Mediterra Capital Partners I, LP, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP014244 (the “Partnership”), including a capital contribution of €15, to Hayat S.A. Accordingly, with effect from such date, Hayat S.A. was admitted as a limited partner to the Partnership and Omer Sabanci ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
