Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, pursuant to a transfer made 8 June 2016:

(a) Lloyds Bank Pension Trust (No.2) (in its capacity as trustee of the Lloyds Bank Pension Scheme (No.2)) disposed of its entire legal interest in the partnership to Lloyds Banking Group Pensions Trustees Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the Lloyds Bank Pension Scheme (No.2)); and

(b) with effect from 8 June 2016, Lloyds Bank Pension Trust (No.2) (in its capacity as trustee of the Lloyds Bank Pension Scheme (No.2)), ceased to be, and Lloyds Banking Group Pensions Trustees Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the Lloyds Bank Pension Scheme (No.2)), became, a limited partner in the Partnership.
