THE QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 19 June 2016, to nominate the Reverend Canon Jo Bailey Wells, M.A., Ph.D., Chaplain to the Archbishop of Canterbury and Canon Theologian of the Cathedral Church of Christ in Liverpool, in the Diocese of Liverpool, to be Bishop Suffragan of Dorking.
