Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Anvest LP, The Baker Revocable Trust, Saunders Holdings, L.P., The Anderson Living Trust, Tow Partners, The William H. Younger, JR. Revocable Trust U/A/D 8/5/2009, Falcon Family, L.P., Djursholm Investments, Hov Investments, Ingelstorp Investments, Lesing Nominees Limited, Partners Capital Peregrine Fund, L.P., Lupton Real Estate Partnership 2004, L.P. and Morgan Creek Partners I, L.P. have assigned their entire interest as limited partners in Arminius Real Estate Opportunity Fund, L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP011699, to Ketom AG which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
