Notice is hereby given that the liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors. The Liquidator also gives notice that he intends to make a final distribution to creditors who have submitted claims by the last date for proving, otherwise a distribution will be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proven. Last day for receiving proofs – 29 June 2016.
