Notice is hereby given that on 20 May 2016 a Petition was presented to the court of Session by Mr William Herriot residing at 23 Marrfield Terrace, Uphall Station, West Lothian EH54, craving the Court inter alia to order that Motherwell Bridge Thermal Limited, be restored by the Court to the Register of Companies; in which Petition Lord Woolman by Interlocutor dated 20 May 2016 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within twenty-one days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
