The Secretary Of State hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a length and western part width of Sir William’s Lane at Aylsham, in the District of Broadland, referred to in the notice published on 18 June 2016, under reference NATTRAN/E/S247/1747, will not be made.
