Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of The Lawrence Woolfson Partnership, 1 Bentinck Street, London W1U 2ED on 5 August 2015 at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and its property disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The following resolutions will be considered at the Meetings:

• That the Liquidator’s Final Report be approved.

• That the Liquidator should be granted his release.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxy forms for use at the Meetings must be returned to the offices of The Lawrence Woolfson Partnership, 1 Bentinck Street, London W1U 2ED by no later than 12.00 noon on 4 August 2015.
