At a General Meeting of the Company, convened, and held at Best Wetern Plus Windmill Village Hotel, Birmingham Road, Allesley, Coventry, Warwickshire, CV5 9AL on 29 April 2016 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Joanne Wright and Emma Bower, both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, (IP Nos. 15550 and 17650) be nominated Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” Subsequently at the creditors meeting Timothy Frank Corfield (IP No. 8202) of Griffin & King, 26-28 Goodall Street, Walsall, West Midlands, WS1 1QL and Ian James Gould (IP No. 7866) of BDO, Two Snowhill, Birmingham, B4 6GA were appointed as Joint Liquidators and authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
