Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 April 2016, Spectra Holdings Trust Inc. transferred its entire limited partner interest in TA AP VI NX AIV L.P., being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP015437 (the “Partnership”), to Picasso 301, L.P., and on that date Picasso 301, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Spectra Holdings Trust Inc. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
