At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of BM Advisory, 1 Liverpool Terrace, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 1TA on 10 May 2016 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Keley and Andrew Pear, both of BM Advisory, 1 Liverpool Terrace, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 1TA, (IP Nos 18072 and 9016) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and are to act jointly and severally.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Richard Keley and Andrew Pear was confirmed.
