A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a Member. A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be lodged at Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG14 1HH no later than 12.00 noon on 6 July 2016.
