Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 5 May 2016, that Bond Street Custodians Limited as custodian for ROC Capital Pty Limited as trustee for Q Private Equity Trust, a limited partner in the Partnership (“Assignor’), transferred 100% of its right, title and interest held in the Partnership to Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited as custodian for ROC Capital Pty Limited as trustee for Q Private Equity Trust (“Assignee”).

Consequently on that date Assignee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Assignor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
