NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 2.95 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Administrators intend to declare a first and final dividend from the Prescribed Part to the unsecured creditors of the company within two months of the last date for proving being 10 June 2016.
