At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened, and held at the offices of BM Advisory, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, West Sussex, RH11 7XL on 26 April 2016 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Richard Keley and Andrew Pear, both of BM Advisory, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 7XL, (IP Nos 18072 and 9016), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Richard Keley and Andrew Pear was confirmed.
