On 27 April 2016 the Company was placed into Insolvent Liquidation.

We, Martin Richards and Mrs Jillian Richards both of 121 Longwood Gardens, Ilford IG5 0EG were Directors of the Company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into Liquidation.

We give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216 (3) of the Insolvency Act by carrying on the business of It’s a Sweet Life Limited t/a Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe under a new business or limited company using ‘It’s a Sweet Life’ or ‘Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe’ in its title.”
