NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF A PROHIBITED NAME

On 26 April 2016 the above-named company was placed into insolvent liquidation. I, Platon Loizou of Four Acres, New Street, Little Hadham, Ware, SG11 2AW and I, Stephen Keay of Winks Cottage, Mole Street, Ockley, Dorking, RH5 5PB were directors of the above-named company during the 12 months prior to the date of Liquidation. We give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the following name: (1) Hadham Country Cottages Limited t/a Jewel in the Crown Holidays. (2) Jewel in the Crown Limited
