In accordance with sections 19 and 20 of the Electricity Regulation Act 1999, (as amended), the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) hereby gives notice that it proposes to amend the Transmission System Operator and Market Operator Licences granted to EirGrid plc. This is to facilitate the implementation of the Integrated Singled Electricity Market in 2017.  Further details are available in a public consultation document (CER/16/128) published on the CER’s website at www.cer.ie
