Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Employees Retirement System of Texas has transferred its entire limited partner interest in CCP IX LP No.2, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013153 (the “Partnership”) to Lexington Private Equity 21, L.P.. Consequently, Lexington Private Equity 21, L.P. has been admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner and Employees Retirement System of Texas has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
