NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Final General Meeting of the Members of the above company will be held at 10.00 am on 25 May 2016. The meeting will be held at Libertas Associates Limited 3 Chandlers House, Hampton Mews, 191-195 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 1FL.

The meeting is called pursuant to Section 94 the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of enabling the liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at Libertas Associates Limited, 3 Chandlers House, Hampton Mews, 191-195 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 1FL no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
