Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 January 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 April 2016, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Jacob William Michael Hobson-Neal who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jacob William Michael Kydd-Neal and assumed the name of Jacob William Michael Hobson-Neal.
