NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the final meeting of the members of the above named company will be held at 68 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1AE on 16th June 2016 at 11.00 am to be followed at 11.15 am by the final meeting of creditors for the purpose of showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be furnished by the Joint Liquidator and passing a resolution granting the release of the Joint Liquidators pursuant to section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned meeting of members is entitled to appoint a proxy who need not be a member of the company to attend and vote instead of him.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned meeting of creditors is entitled to appoint a proxy who need not be a creditor of the company to attend and vote instead of him.

Proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidator at 68 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1AE no later than 12.00 noon on the last business day before the meeting to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting.
