Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 8 April 2016: (a) Iris Participations SA was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership; (b) EIM Participations Luxembourg SA transferred the whole of the interest held by them in the Partnership represented by a Capital Contribution of £50 to Iris Participations SA; and (c) EIM Participations Luxembourg SA ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
