i. A special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

ii. An ordinary resolution that Tom Keenan and Scott Murray of Keenan Corporate Finance Ltd, 10th Floor, Victoria House, 15/27 Gloucester Street, Belfast, BT1 4LS are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the company.
