Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that:

1) Paul de Rome has transferred part of his interest in EQT Credit II Investments FC LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL019046 (the “Partnership”), to Dominik Mattmann;

2) Andrew Konopelski has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to each of Dominik Mattmann, Ana Brajovic and Jamie Lucas;

3) Cyril Tergiman has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to each of Jamie Lucas and Andrew Cleland-Bogle; and

4) Skogco BV has transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to Andrew Cleland-Bogle.

Ana Brajovic, Jamie Lucas, and Andrew Cleland-Bogle have each been admitted as limited partners in the Partnership.
