On 17 March 2016, the Company went into insolvent liquidation.

We, Jacobus Schietekat and Christine Schietekat of 28 Hilden Park, Ingleby Barwick, Stockton-On-Tees TS17 5AJ, hereby give notice to the creditors of Project ABM Joinery Ltd (Company Number 09745926) of the re-use of a prohibited name pursuant to s216 Insolvency Act 1986.

We give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the following name: Project ABM Limited (Company Number 10038325).
