1. "That the company be wound up voluntarily".
2. "That Neil Henry and Michael Simister of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1EZ, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators, who are both licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the United Kingdom, are empowered to act jointly and severally."
