NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF A PROHIBITED NAME

1. On 22 March 2016 the above-named Company entered into creditors’ voluntary liquidation.

2. We John Eric Cummings and Stuart Webb hereby give notice that we intend to trade as Amargan, being a similar name of Amargan Limited and a prohibited name pursuant to Section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

3. John Eric Cummings & Stuart Webb give notice to all creditors of Amargan Limited that it is their intention to act in all or any ways specified in Section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying out of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Amargan Limited through JD Professional Haircare Limited & Love The Look Limited.
