"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew John Waghorn and David William Tann, both of Wilkins Kennedy LLP, 92 London Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4SJ, be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or severally." At a subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Matthew John Waghorn and David William Tann (IP Nos. 009432 and 008101) as Joint Liquidators.
