A meeting of the creditors of the Company is to be conducted by correspondence pursuant to paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, the purpose of the meeting is to seek approval of five resolutions in relation to the Joint Administrators’ fees, disbursements, pre-administration costs and their discharge from liability.
