Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24 February 2016 HSBC Trust Company AG and HSBC Trust Company (BVI) Limited as Trustees of the MM Nadler Settlement - Robert’s Fund transferred the interest it held in Brockton Capital Fund II L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP013286, to Rysaffe Fiduciaires S.a.r.l., including a capital contribution of £1.00. Rysaffe Fiduciaires S.a.r.l. became a limited partner in the Partnership with a capital contribution of £1.00.
