Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 January 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 9 February 2016 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Jamie Patrick Reynolds, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of James Patrick Reynolds and assumed the name of Jamie Patrick Reynolds.
