NO. 6 EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2015 (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2016

THE HILLINGDON (HEATHROW) (ZONE H2) (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) NO. 7 EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2015 (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2016

SPOUT LANE NORTH - EXPERIMENTAL PARKING MANAGEMENT SCHEME

Hillingdon Council gives notice that it made these experimental Orders under Section 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 19th February 2016 coming into operation on 2nd March 2016, which will:

1. Remove part of the existing ‘at any time’ waiting and loading restrictions and one Zone H2 permit holder parking place outside Amery Skips, Spout Lane North, and replace with ‘Midnight to 7am and 7pm to Midnight’ waiting restrictions.

2. Extend the existing Zone H2 permit holder parking place outside No. 8 Spout Lane North by 11.6 metres northeastwards (replacing existing ‘at any time’ waiting and loading restrictions).

3. Create an additional Zone H2 permit holder parking place (operational ‘at any time’) on Spout Lane North, to the northeast of the junction with Bedfont Court (replacing existing ‘at any time’ waiting and loading restrictions).

Copies of the Orders together with a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for the experimental restrictions can be seen at West Drayton Library and by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours for 6 months following the date on which this notice is published. Further information can be obtained by telephoning Residents Services, on 01895 250631. If the provisions of these Orders continue in operation for a period of not less than 6 months, the Council will consider in due course whether the provisions of these Orders should be reproduced and continued in force indefinitely by means of Orders under Section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Persons wishing to object to the making of these Orders under Section 6 of the said Act should write before 2nd September 2016, stating grounds for objection and your home address to Transport and Projects, Residents Services, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1UW quoting reference 4W/06/SA/7.12. Applications to the High Court challenging the validity of these Orders should be made within six weeks of the date on which these Orders were made. Dated this the 24th day of February 2016
