“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Forsyth, of Campbell Dallas LLP, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP No. 8219)

be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
