Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 16 February 2016 Jim O’ Neill transferred to Tower Bridge Fiduciary Limited as Trustee of the Thames Trust, its entire capital contribution to the Partnership and with effect from 16 February 2016 Jim O’ Neill ceased to be a limited partner and Tower Bridge Fiduciary Limited as Trustee of the Thames Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership.
